Pakistan Freelancers is a discovery and communication platform. We help clients find freelancers and let the two of you talk to each other. That is the whole of our role.

We are not a party to any agreement you reach. We do not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow, guarantee delivery, or act as an employer, agent or financial intermediary of any kind. Every contract formed through the platform is directly between the client and the freelancer.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and the information on your profile must be accurate and about you.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

You agree not to use the platform to post unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing or abusive content, to impersonate anyone, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the platform's operation or security.

Our Community guidelines form part of these terms and set out in detail what is and is not allowed.

All payment arrangements, invoices, currencies, refunds and taxes are agreed and handled directly between the client and the freelancer. We charge no commission and receive no part of any payment.

Because we are not involved in payment, we cannot recover funds, reverse a transfer, release an escrow or compel anyone to pay. Where an account is reported for non-payment or non-delivery we will investigate and may act on the account itself.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — profile text, portfolio pieces, gig images and messages. By uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

Ownership of work delivered under an engagement is whatever you and the other party agree. We recommend putting it in writing before work begins.

A verification badge means we checked that the submitted identity document matches the profile. It is not an endorsement of skill, quality, reliability or honesty, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome. Exercise the same judgement you would with any unverified profile.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that users are who they claim to be, that work will be delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising out of an engagement between users, including unpaid invoices, undelivered work, lost profits, lost data or reputational harm.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms or the Community guidelines are breached, where required by law, or where an account presents a risk to other users.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
